RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns for Refund
We will gladly accept the return of products that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective for 90 days from the date of shipment. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 90 days from the date of shipment. Once we receive the product, it will undergo an inspection to make sure it is unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Products that are not returned in their original condition will be refused and sent back to you.
To return the product, please place your returning items in a securely sealed shipping package and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Number of Items being returned
- Reason for return
Please write legibly, otherwise we will not be able to process your return. In addition, you will need to write to us at email@example.com and provide the same information you included in your return package so that we can confirm your package was received in good order.
You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method and ship it to:

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will proceed with a refund of the product's purchase price plus any taxes. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. If your purchase was made with a Gift Card, an E-Gift Card will be sent via email to your account for the refund amount.
You will receive an email when we have received your returned product and your refund has been processed.
If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order with the products that you want and return the products that you don't want for a refund. Your new order will be handled as we would any other order. To return the products follow the instructions above. It is important that you mention EXCHANGE as the reason for return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the corresponding amount to your original method of payment. We will follow up with an email when the refund has been processed. ***We only accept ONE exchange per product unless it is defective.
